We are dedicated to continued education in every form. We provide consistent business, marketing, and sales training to our agents on top of the amazing destination and supplier training that our partners have to offer. In addition to our free resources, we provide monthly webinars, mentorship and individual coaching plans, and regional in person training whenever possible. We are always a phone call or message away and pride ourselves in consistently having open lines of communication.

Operations & Marketing Support

All too often, we see agents that join agencies with very specialized niches. So when it comes to support for things outside of that specific niche, or outside of a specific supplier in general, there are limited resources available. We believe in nurturing the entire business. We offer support with day to day operations, marketing, automations, sales, - the list really is endless.

Supplier Relationships

With so many options world wide, we pride ourselves in having amazing supplier relationships. Being a small business, the support we receive from them both in customer service and training is spectacular. While we do have our preferred suppliers, we are not a host that requires you use what we give you. We believe that everyone is different and everyone has their own needs. That’s why we allow you to choose the suppliers you work closely with on your own. We can help guide you and offer suggestions, but you will never be locked in to our preferences.

Individual Coaching and Mentorship

We all learn differently, and that’s ok! That’s why we have initiated our individual coaching program. This allows our Advisors to get some one on one time to talk through their goals, set action plans, and evaluate our successes along the way.

Need some extra help navigating the waters of being a Travel Business Entrepreneur? That’s where our mentorship program comes in. For those that are interested, we provide small group trainings for those advisors at similar stages of their journey. This way you have tight knit groups of like minded individuals there to cheer you on and be your accountability partners throughout the journey. We can grow further together then we ever imagined as individuals.

Simple Agent Plans

Our Flagship Brand - Lotus Travel Concierge - allows agents to book, market and operate under their branding. What does this mean for you? More time to go out and find new clients and book amazing vacations! We provide logos, business card designs, web profiles and marketing materials whenever necessary. You of course are free to build your own social media and print materials using our branding, but it’s based on your preference.

The Flagship Agent Commission split starts at 70/30. As you grow, so will your split. Agents with commissionable sales over $200,000 will move to 80/20 - over $500,000 will move to 85/15. Your commissionable sales are for the calendar year and apply for the remainder of the calendar year that you achieve your level as well as the following calendar year. Your year end sales will determine your following year's tier.
